Richemont Masterbaker

The region's first specialized bakery & pastry institution located at the heart of the hospitality industry Dubai. Richemont Masterbaker provides a modern, comprehensive bakery and pastry education program to all aspiring chefs in the region. Since 1992, Masterbaker has been an integral company of the Switz Group by providing the baking industry with first class ingredients and technical customer services. We commenced our operations from Jebal Ali, Dubai and in 1994 we inaugurated our first dedicated warehouse, which to this day, showcases state of the art facilities. We are proud to say that we were the first and continue to be the only company to specialize solely in providing the baking industry of the Middle East and Indian subcontinent with quality baking ingredients. We are also the first organization in the region to receive the prestigious HACCP Certification by Dubai Municipality. This certification was awarded in recognition of our continuing commitment towards consistently delivering convenient and superlative solutions to the region’s baking industry. Together with our affiliate companies we provide the baking industry with a variety of specialty ingredients, which include glazes, fruit fillings, couvertures, baker’s yeast products, Danish pastries, candied fruits, cream and fruit fillings and bread products (grains, mixes and improvers). Since 2003, we have also provided safe and convenient liquid egg products via our Egg Station facility. Today, Egg Station production is being expanded and aims to supply first-rate E.U. standard products to 10 countries.


Founded in 1945 and based in Lucerne, Switzerland, Richemont sees itself as an independent, national and international competence center for the entire bakery, confectionery and confectionery industry.

With over 70 years of experience, the Richemont Center of Excellence has been offering contemporary educational programs for the entire bakery, pastry and confectionery industry, at all levels. More than 200'000 prospective or already established experts have already benefited from training or further education within the Pastry and Bakery field. Candia Professional

Candia Professional, a trademark of the largest French dairy cooperative SODIAAL provides complete dairy solution designed by Professionals for Professionals (specifically dedicated to Pastry, Bakery, Kitchen and Industrial Professionals). All Sodiaal products are manufactured in compliance with "la route du lait", a responsible approach that guarantees the quality of the group's products. Candia Professional provides a complete range of technical French cream, butter and cream cheese : Whipping cream 35,1% fat is especially designed to highly perform when whipped; Cooking cream 30% fat is deal for thickening and cooking ; Topping Cream 18% fat makes particularly great sauces for pasta and vegetable dishes, as well as soups.

The range of butter includes technical butter for puff pastry perfect to work in a warm environment thanks to its very high melting point and also incorporation butter made with 100% French dairy cream. The Emirates Culinary Guild

The Emirates Culinary Guild (ECG) is the UAE’s association of professional chefs. It is a non-profit-making organisation dedicated solely to the advancement of the culinary art of the UAE.

The World Association of Cooks Societies (WACS) is a 102nation fellowship comprising the world’s various professional chefs’ organisations.

The ECG received its charter into WACS at a ceremony in Stavanger, Norway on June 28, 1994, during the WACS 26th World Congress. WACS endorses the ECG as the authorised UAE culinary institute. The ECG, thereby, has an international culinary focus and multi-national support for the staging of its various competitions, seminars and events.

Since our launch in 2012, The Pro Chef Middle East has been committed to helping decision makers within kitchens across the region source the best quality and greatest value ingredients, products and services.
